Your account represents you in AvPvM. Think of it as your character in a RPG.

You can only have one account.

You basically start up just like in a RPG: a low level newbie, with low stats and no money. From then on, you start fighting others, gain experience, grow up, gain money and other resources. As you level up you gain points, which you can distribute among your physical stats. But this is not all. Being a GORM, AvPvM doesn't reduce itself to simple hack and slash. There's a forum associated with the game, in which you must post if you want to become stronger, and unlock new possibilities. Post count defines your post rank, and as you get higher, you become stronger. There are also items to use, some of them provided as is, others that need to be user crafted. There are shops that you can use to buy stuff, there's a bank for safe keeping your money, and many more different areas which you'll explore.

Create an Account
To create a game account, go towww.avpvm.com and click on Register. This will take you to the register screen. From here you input your desired username, password and an email address. You will also select your Species and Professions. After you read the Rules you can click submit.
Delete an Account
If you want to change your species, or just start over, you can always delete your account. To do so. Go to your Control Area and click on the link to the left that says DELETE ACCOUNT! Doing this will remove you completely from the site, and anything associated with you, including your username and password, deleting your user shops, items, removing you from any clan etc... You will then be able to create a new account.
Auto Deletion of Accounts
In order to keep the member list of the game up to date, old members are automatically deleted. However they are only deleted if they are inactive. If you do not log into the site, and either visit the store, or visit the forums in 14 days or longer, your account will auto-delete. Stay active to stay alive. The Cryo facility does NOT save you from this. Even if you enter Cryo, you will still have to log in and visit the site in 90 days, or your account will get deleted. YOUR ACCOUNT
So, where can you find your account? Well, you need to create one at first. Then, there are three places you can go and set things up. We'll go through them here:

1. First there's the My Control Area for your account. This can be accessed through the My Controls button, located up the page. This is your basic web account setup page, with some additions.
...Read further about My Controls here!

2. When you're finished setting up your account in the Control Area, you can check on it using your PGP aka personal game profile.

The PGP can be seen when you click on your name anywhere on the site. Most obvious is the shortcut up on the site that says Logged in as: YOURNAME ( Log Out). This is where the game really begins. It is your main profile page for the game.

The PGP page is the only page that will display your personal photo. It will also display your:
This page can be accessed by anyone.

3. The last area you can check about accounts is the game forum. Go to the forum and enter any thread. Next to each post there's a bunch of clickable items that open drop down menus called "Sidebar Stats". Sidebar Stats appear next to any of your posts.

  • first there's your name. Click on it and you'll go to your PGP. The background color for your name represents your species.
  • next there's your avatar. You might not have one yet.
  • then there's your clan pic. You might not be in a clan yet. Click on the clan pic to see detailed info about the clan.
  • right below the clan pic info about the pet can be found. However, this is only available for pet owners. If you are not one, then there's nothing to display here.
  • below that is the most important status bar. You can only find your status bar here.
  • the last picture represents your Rank. This is not the clan rank, its the total post rank.
  • the final item isAccount - AVPVM Help Files. This clickable item opens up a bunch of drop down menus with details about the account.

Now you basically know everything about your account, how to set it up and where to look for info on it.

Go ahead, check it out.
